RISOTTO
ALLA PESCATORA (by Pietro protomanni)
INGREDIENTS:
Olive Oil
Garlic
Pepper flakes
3-4 fillets of anchovies
1 glass of white wine
Parsley
Tomatoes (optional).
Arborio rice or any Italian rice
Assorted fish ie: calamari, shrimps, clams, mussels, scallops and cuttlefish
Saute garlic in olive oil, add pepper flakes and anchovies 1-2 minutes.
Add your fish and stir. Add your white wine until fish is done/
In the meantime cook your rice separately.
When fish and rice done, mixed together and add parsley and serve.
SPAGHETTI
WITH CLAMS (by Pietro Protomanni)
INGREDIENTS:
Garlic 2-3
Hot pepper flakes
Anchovies
White Wine
Parlsey
Tomatoes
Salt and pepper
METHOD:
Cook your pasta separately.
Mix pasta and above /add parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
