Like with A Link to the Past, I will not give a complete walkthrough.  This is just a guide that will tell you what you need in what order.  This is just in case you have no idea what Navi is talking about and do not like sitting around doing nothing until you find it.  Have fun.
35. Go through Darunia's room to enter DM Crater
36. Beat Fire Temple (Hammer)
37. Go to Jabu Jabu's pond, find ice cavern
38. Beat Ice cavern (Iron boots, song)
39. Unfreeze King Zora (Zora Tunic)
40. Go to Lake Hylia, hookshot the switch
41. Beat Water Temple (longshot)
42. Go to Kakariko, find Sheik (song)
43. Enter windmill, talk to guy(song)
44. Go to Temple of Time, become child
45. Go to Kakariko, play S of Storms to windmill guy
46. Enter and beat the well (Lens of Truth)
47. Become an adult
48. Play Shadow song to enter Shadow Temple
49. Beat Shadow Temple (hover boots)
50. Go to Gerudo valley
51. Hookshot over to other side
52. Find and rescue all of the carpenters
53. Enter the desert, find your way through
54. Enter and exit Spirit temple (song)
55. Go back to being a child
56. Warp to Desert, enter Temple
57. Get the gloves in the Spirit Temple (gloves)
58. Become an adult
59. Warp to Desert, Enter Spirit Temple
60. Beat the Spirit Temple (Mirror Shield)
61. Go to Temple of Time (light arrow)
62. Go to Ganon's castle
63. Break the barriers (golden gauntlets)
64. Enter the central tower
65. Beat Ganondorf
66. Run down to the exit
67. Beat Ganon
1. Find the sword in the training area
2. Buy the shield at the shop
3. Talk to Mido and the Deku Tree
4. Beat Gohma in the Deku Tree(Slingshot)
5. Leave the forest (Ocarina)
6. Go to the castle, talk to Malon.
7. Find Malon on the path to the castle (egg)
8. Hide from the gaurds and enter the castle
9. Wake up Talon with your cucco
10. Talk to Zelda, agree with her (song)
11. Find your way through the lost woods (song)
12. Go to Kakariko village, talk to gaurd
13. Go back to Castle, borrow mask, buy shield
14. Fight your way into Goron city
15. Play Z Lullaby in front of door
16. Play Saria's song to Darunia (bracelet)
17. Throw bomb flower down to open cavern
18. Beat Dodongo's Cavern (bombs)
19. Go to Zora's River, use cucco to get through
20. Play Z Lullaby in front of waterfall
21. Talk to king Zora
22. Win the diving contest (silver scale)
23. Go to Lake Hylia (bottle)
24. Show letter to King Zora
25. Catch a fish in your bottle, show it to Jabu
26. Beat Jabu Jabu (boomerang)
27. Go to castle, enjoy cut scene (Ocarina,song)
28. Enter Temple of Time and play Song of Time
29. Pull Master Sword, enjoy cut scene
30. Go to Kakariko, find Dampe's grave
31. Race Dampe (hookshot)
32. Enter Sacred Forest, Beat Forest Temple(bow)
33. Go to Goron City
34. Stop Link from rolling (Goron's tunic)
This is just a skeleton guide.  Do not follow it blindly.  This doesn''t include stuff like pieces of heart, gold skulltulas, Epona, bottles, Biggoron Sword, etc.  So plan your quest wisely.
