| If you are low on magic, there is an easy way to get more. Use the ice rod to freeze any enemy. Then smash the frozen enemy with the hammer. It will always give you a large magic jar. Another way to get magic is to go throught the waterfall near Zora's Domain. You will find a pond which will ask you to throw something in. Throw in an empty bottle and it will come back with green potion in it. Late in the game, if you are having trouble hitting a switch or finding something to stay on a floor switch, use the staff of somaria. In Ganon's tower there are some invisible walkways. If you light a torch they will become visible. Try sprinkling the magic powder on enemies. It's fun. Also, sprinkle it on some villagers in Kakariko. Specifically, sprinkle it on the lady on the east side who calls for soldiers. Also, inside one of the houses is a pot with a chicken in it. Sprinkle some on the chicken. If you dash into trees sometimes helpful stuff will fall down. An apple is the same as a heart. But sometimes bombs fall, too. In the dark world, some of the trees are moving their eyes. You can talk to them. When you start off, if you are in the dark world, dash into one of the trees at the base of the pyramid. A fairy will fly out. In one of the houses in Kakariko, if you pull with "A" on a picture of Mario, rupees will fly out. Also try this with the second or third statue from the right at the base of the pyramid. If you get your fortune read, he will also fill up your hearts. The same goes for the people in the dark world who offer to tell a profitable story. You can pick up the fish that flop around in the swaamp when you drain the water. If you throw it in deep water, it'll be happy and give you rupees. Or you can take him to the merchant in Kakariko for lots of good stuff. The pond of happiness in Lake Hylia will eventually give you more bombs and arrows. It's a lot of money though. Pay careful attention to subtle changes from the light world to the dark world. There are a few places that you can reach in the dark and not in the light world. Use the mirror to then get to the supposedly impossible areas in the light world. You will usually find a peice of heart. Got any other tips? Write to me! |
