| Hi! It's me ...Sammi! As of this year (2005) I am 19, and I am engaged to one of the Few, the Proud, a Marine. His name is Brian and he is 21. We met his senior yr. in H.S. my sophomore yr, and broke up about a half year later, because I wasn't ready for a relationship. For the year he was gone he went through bootcmap, and survived a deployment to Afghanistan. We met again my senior yr. of HS in the same spot we met the first time. Without a word I left my friends and said Hi to him. A few wks. later we went on or second first date and have been inseperable (well when we actually get to be together). Six months later he called my house and asked my parents if he could take me to the Bahamas, They said Yes and our last night there we were walking on the beach just the two of us and he proposed under the stars! Alot of people have asked me how I know that he is the one. My first reason is that God brought us back together after being apart for over a year and my second reason is because the love that I feel for him when I touch him, when I see him, when I talk to him and even when I just think of him. And I knew from the day I first met him that I Loved him, I just knew I also neede to grow up first. I've been through a deployment as a fiancee, My next will be as a wife Come July 2, 2005 I will be the Proud Wife of Brian, my Marine!! |
