Hugo Osnaya Ortega

This page is in tribute to Hugo Osnaya Ortega. Who was Hugo? Hugo was an engineer, a very good man, a good son, and a great friend.  Hugo was a very hard working person who had to work for everything he had. He was working on several projects, had just gotten a raise, and had finally done his exam to get his PhD degree. He was just about to become really happy, when a tragedy occured. He was fixing one of his relatives roofs, when he fell and split his head. They took him to the hospital, of course, but, unfortunately, he didn t make it. Hugo died on the 22nd of April, 2000. We should not be in grief, we should be happy, for Hugo is now in a better place, watching over the people he loves and generally being happy. My deepest sympathies to his relatives (especially his mother) and to all his friends, especially a certain someone out there who was really a great pal to him and viceversa. May he rest in peace.
