Mum's curtains

2001: Mum made these Roman blinds...I think they are aweseome. They certainly keep the sun out, and it is much, much cooler in the room. She followed the directions from a book. They are made from rubber backed calico, and they match the other curtains (though you can't see them in the picture).

 

 

 

 

 

 
2002: Mum went on shopping spree recently to buy curtain material for her bedroom, my bedroom and the study. She is making roman blinds for the study and her room, a matching bedspread for herself and for me she is making some curtains. how very exciting!
