Pittsburgh  & W. PA GLBT
Resources
As you can see this page will eventually have a list and review of Pittsburgh's GLBT resources and then link to other Tranz  resources.  Still under construction.  However, I've started with bars.  I frequent most of these places.  No, I'm not a drunk either...

The Eagle, 1740 Eckert St. Pittsburgh Northside  is  a beautifully renovated Victorian structure.  Awesome music and environment.  The Eagle is accepting, but a little  weird for Tranz.  The guys feel you up, but never hit on you: very strange.  Cool music, and check-out my buddy (not bf) Ray, bartender on floor #2.   Tranz Friendly: **1/2

Straight Bars: Gay men and Lesbians have few problems at most straight bars in town.  However, Tranz people had better pass pretty darn well.  T-Friendly include Metropol, Matrix, Lava Lounge, Laga/Upstage, Havanna.  Even here, if you don't pass you could be in an incident!!!   I urge Tranz to beware of Donzis, Have a Nice Day Cafe, and neighborhood type bars.
