Along with his two brothers Thomas & Frederick, Samuel was killed during WW1 (July 7, 1916), leaving behind his wife Annie (Clarke) & 7 children.
She is pictured here with 6 of her children - Nora (my Garndmother), George, Annie, Elizabeth, Jennie & Dorothy
Annie died April 22, 1979 at the age of 97.

Lil went on the marry Les Holcombe on December 12, 1947. She died June 16, 1994
Annie married William Hicks April 3, 1947. She died April 7, 1995
