| My great-grandfather, William Berrier was born about 1830 and died in 1870 from bronchitis and other diseases contracted in the Civil War. He was a waggoner in Co. B, 8th TN Cavalry in the Union Army. He served with his wife's brothers, James M. and John Ephraim Warren. He married Mary Ellen Warren and had 5 children; Martha Constanza, Albert Anderson, Daniel Grant, Joseph Reese and William E. who died as a child. |
| My grandfather, Daniel Grant Berrier was born October 8, 1864 and died August 30, 1943. He married Mattie Frances Raney on August 30, 1891 and had 1 daughter, Lela Ellie, and 6 sons; Robert Ralph, William Franklin, Fred Lee, Theodore Monroe, Jean Kendall and Henry Everett. |
