The Central High School Tennis Teamis the only one in the city of Bridgeport. Our team includes boys and girls that are interested in learning this outstanding and energy-demanding sport. Some of our girls compete against boys but it's good experience for us. We're not the best in the state yet, but we are getting better. Practice is everyday after school, sometimes it's still not enough, that's why we also practice on Saturday mornings starting at 7am. Every year we have newcomers, some never having played before, while some have been playing for a number of years. The most important thing is that we are working as hard as we can, having fun and getting better.
