Mariachi Javelina gets asked to perform as the featured group in a Festival in Uvalde, Texas in late November.
Veronica Soliz, Christina Naranjo, Clarissa Garza are named finalists for the Mariachi Vargas Extravaganza Vocal Competition.
Mariachi Javelina performed an awesome show at the Mariachi Vargas Extravaganza, however, did not place.
It's OK!!! It was an awesome experience!
Mariachi Javelina had a SPECTACULAR performance in Uvalde, Texas. The performance ended with a standing ovation, an encore chant, and a final standing ovation. Way to go Mariachi Javelina!!
We will close out the Fall Semester with our final class meeting at Pizza Parlor.
