| April Monday 3rd - Language: Castle in the Attic chapter 5 & 6 questions Tuesday 4th - Math: page 165, #4, 5, 6 and handout #8 Language: NTF sentences due tomorrow Wednesday 5th - Math: page 169, #3b and c, 4,5, 6a, 7, 8, and handouts #9 and 10 Language: Speculation - draw a picture of what has happend so far in the text or draw a picture of what you think is going to happen. Then write the end of chapter seven. Minimum three pages. Thursday 6th - Math: page 239, #4, 5, 6 Language: Finish reading chapters 7 and 8 and then answer questions for these chapters Monday 10th - Math: Handouts #3 and #4 Reminder, rough draft for pen pal is due the end of the computer class tomorrow. Thursday 13th - Math: Just four question in either expanded or shortened form, remember to show all steps to get full marks! Language: Scholastics due 19th Tuesday 18th - Math: page 250, #4, 5, 6, 7 no estimating Language: NTF words test on April 25th, sign and correct spelling test, book report signed, Scholastics due tomorrow Bring in money for bake sale Wednesday 19th - Language: Grammar page on quotations due tomorrow! Thursday 20th - Math: six division questions from the board (will be posted on Friday afternoon), then teach your parent how to divide a two-digit number by a one-digit number Language: Take the NTF words and put them into quotation type sentences. Three should be interrogative, 4 should be declarative and 3 should be exclamatory. REMINDER: Pen pal letters are due tomorrow! Bring your own envelope! |
