10/28/2003: Somebunny had an appt w/the dentist today. I was waiting in the front office when I heard a Mom-curdling scream and some wailing. I scrambled back there to see Miqui wailing in the chair. Getting the Doc's ok,I got close and said, "Sweetheart, they're almost done." her response? With tears streaming down her cheeks, she melodramatically raised her little hands to her forehead and said, "But I can't take it anymore..." I felt I would burst with stifled laughter... so, now we're heading towards oral hygiene that borders on religious fanatacism. C'est la vie...
10/17/2003: Dad ran off with all of Moms cash this AM... so the "tooth fairy" was scrounging in the couches at 5:00 am to make sure Miqui wasn't disappointed. I managed to find two $1.00 Sacajawea coins... and was thanking the Lord that we had told her that if she put her teeth on the windowsill they would be easier for the Tooth Fairy to find... I wasn't looking forward to trying to sneak coins under her head... she sleeps light.
