Marianna, originally from Central New York, nestled herself within the Northwoods of Wisconsin serveral years ago. While temporarily removed from mainstream society, she began to write her songs inspired by the beauty of the woods which surrounded her.

Mari~anna performs as both a solo acoustic artist as well as the front person for the band, The Kissing Saints, which is currently promoting their debut cd "Ninhursag".

On a real bummer of a note, looks like I will be stuck in Medford with out a car for the winter. Louie's on Main St. does have an open mic on Thursdays from 7-9pm so at least I have a hang out spot to try my new material.
