stencil shirts

Stencil shirts are great because you can create a really cool shirt without having to shell out an obscene amount of money. They look pretty darn cool and are fairly easy to make. I'll have pictures up to help you out sometime soon. Also coming are additional refrences, places to get stencils etc,

you'll need
Fabric Paint in whatever colors you want. Self-laminating sheets(these can be found at drugstores.) A blank T-Shirt Another blank shirt to test on. Your Stencil A craft or excato knife.

Step 1 Find or make a stencil. Print it out and put it between two laminating sheets. If you can't find laminting sheets (they seem to be rather hard to find) simply cover the entire stencil with clear packing tape. (both sides) Then, using your exacto (or craft) knife, cut out all the black spaces. Remeber to cut ONLY the black parts.
Step 2 Now, tape your stencil onto your shirt using masking tape. (i highly reccomend doing a stencil on a test shirt first!)
Step 3 Using your fabric paint, paint in all the cut-out areas of the stencil. Let dry for however long it specifies on your paint.
Step 4 After it's dry, take off the stencil. Follow the setting instructions on the back of the paint.
Step 5 Wear your awesome shirt! <--back next-->
