Center. Here is a sample newsletter for
the teacher to show the

learning new vocabulary words. It allows students to teach one
another methods of building their vocabulary using the software
application
Microsoft PowerPoint. Teachers might want
to give students a requirements worksheet to help
them with their PowerPoint slides.

The following "Group Teaching" link contains a lesson plan used for
seventh and eighth
grade Level 1 ESL students. The lesson titled "Creating a Holiday
Newsletter!" utilizes the program The
Student Writing Center and enables students to learn and talk about
the different seasons and holidays throughout the year.
