INFODYNAMICS. GENERALIZED ENTROPY AND NEGENTROPY.- Tallinn, 1998. 200 p. (in Russian)Abstract
The new principles of infodynamics and a number of new program directions for successful development of science, economy, technology and infosociety are given.

In the field of science the determine role of negentropy as function of state is shown. This is the component connected equivalently with mass and energy in systems. The concepts of entropy and negentropy for all systems of Universum are present and methods of determination and practical application of their generalized values, especially in prognoses and projects for the future, are worked out.The methodology of calculation of
generalyzed entropy (GEnt) and negentropy (GNeg) of complicated multidimensional unbalanced systems is based on summation of their conditional entropies taking into account all factors affected on target criteria. The systematic analysis of these factors allows us to find out the most important of them and to get an additional information for achievment of optimum control over systems.GNeg
is calculated using difference between the highest possible GEnt of system and actual GEnt of the same system (model) after taking the information. Using this formula, the metods of calculation of complicated information as process of increasing the GEnt in society were improved.The conditions of spontaneous transmission and direction of flow of information among systems, infosystems and hierarchical complexis of systems are investigated. The most important factors influenced upon efficiency and quality of information are timeliness of transmission, positive effect and increasing the control over the system after taking the information. The negative factor is the coefficient of dispersion.

In the field of economy the necessity of determination of entropy and negentropy of economical organisations, firms and their businessplans and also the connection of these indices with efficiency of the work and profit is shown.The special consideration is given to the analysis of structure of goods, work and profit as well as to determination of position of
GNeg their. The dependences between the value of goods and it`s infocontent, between flows of information and money, between GNeg in business-plan and formation of profit are discussed. Possibility of management of systems depends on the correlation between GEnt and GNeg in them.3.
In the field of technology the methods and general criteria for estimation of efficiency of projects on the base of GNeg are worked out. In prognoses of quality of projects the optimisation of different operations and taking into account all factors of risk uncertainty for achievment the object are of the main importance.4.
In the field of social science the principles of organisation and ideology of futural infosociety and also the principles of determination of a quality and quantity of creative work according to negentropy criterion are shown.The recognition the
GNeg as one of the main forms of reality can help to solve many arguments between scientific and religious trends about "unmaterial world". GNeg includes such conceptions as consciousness, organisation, structura, faith, subconsciousness, emotion, religion. The further investigation of these conceptions according to negentropic criterion can help to work out the general complete interdisciplinary doctrine. The methods of infodynamics were used to solve with development of world system, society and role of concrete people.This book is intended for wide circle of specialists, especially in the field of informatics, cybernetics and education. It can be useful also for students and for all who are interested in role of informatics in development of Universum and in solution of practical problems.
