| Aug 4th - 8th Dad and I went to OC monday afternoon when I got off work, We first got thrashers fries...thats a must!! We fished a lil bit and ended the night at the bar playing pool and video games....it was a lot of fun, I think it was the first time we actually hung out just the two of us since I've been 21. It rained all week, the weather was terrible. Lisa and Brandon came down Wednesday night and met us at "Marina Deck" Thursday the four of us went to happy hour at "Harborside" and drank some orange crushes..yummm they are so good. Then Friday morning Jodi, Rick, Lauren, Katie, Ricky, Mrs. Janice, and Greg came down for the Tree Dedication which was at 11 am. Bob Wheiner also stopped by. The Tree is located on 4th and Chicago right on the water. Its such a nice view. A man came out and talked for a lil while then uncovered the plaque we had made and took some pictures. Its soo neat, I'm glad we did it!!!! Also if a storm or nature damages the tree the town of Ocean City will replace the tree and plaque, so the tree will be there as long as the town of ocean city owns the land. | The date is actually wrong on this picture...It was taken on the 8th, I'm not sure why its a new camera and I havent got a chance to play with all the little stuff, but here is everyone who came on Friday Aug 8th. |

| Sept 19 - 20 Lisa and I went to OC after hurricane Isabel. We were suppose to go for Springfest but it was cancelled b/c of "Isabel". Everything was pretty good besides moms plaque, the upper right corner was chipped but its fixable. Brandon and Greg also came down to spend the weekend with us. It was nice -- Nikki and Jason were also down there that weekend for springfest so we all went to the beach and dinner Saturday at BJ's. At the beach the water was so nice and warm, the weather was great!! We did lose power all day on saturday, which sucked, especially taking showers. Brandon and I came back sunday morning for my soccer game and firehouse pictures. Lisa and Greg then came back home Sunday night. |
| Thanksgiving 2003 This had to be the worst Thanksgivng ever. It was nice that just Dad, Lisa, and I got to spend the week together down OC but Thanksgiving this year just wasn't the same. I'm used to 20 people sitting around at mom's house eating and laughing, just having a good time. Even last year while mom was sick we still had a great Thanksgiving. This year on Thursday night we went to some hotel on 101st street and I had a ceaser salad and crab soup, Lisa had steak and Dad had crab cakes. It was very tough getting through that holiday, Mom loved to cook and loved to have everyone over, so I guess it was just awkward us not sitting down at "our" dining room table.. Thanksgiving was bad I just can't imagine what Xmas is gonna be like. Mom loved that holiday too!!! |
