| Shengli
is a J24 owned evidently by the ASEANAREAN academy and is
based at Raffles Marina. A group of former JC sailors
have been racing it since 2000. Current movements: 4 August 2002 Force 5, (20-25kt) on the way from RSYC to RM. Transit: 1038 - 1400 (it's really quick). 0.5-1 m waves, visibility low. We powered most of the way on a dinky little 4 hp outboard. And the wind was so strong that there was no real way that we could use the sails. Apparently this was the ass end of Tropical Storm Kammuri, and it was cold as hell. The boat is presently at Raffles Marina, in a cradle. 2 August 2002 Shengli is currently berthed at the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club and will be making its way back to Raffles Marina on Sunday, the 4th. Race Results ( I cannot remember all of them, but I'll try) Results displayed are for within the J24 class, IRC and PY will be substituted where necessary
