man has been arrested for adding porno images to more than 250 videotapes before returning them.
Police say the pornography was recorded into the gap between the closing credits and the end of the tape.
The suspect is 40 years old. He's charged with criminal damage to property and defacing library materials. Police say he is cooperating.
