Some stereo amplifiers have a display that shows the volume being created. The display waxes and wanes according to the volume at any point in time. Sometimes the display has an indicator that shows the maximum value that is currently being output. This program displays the numerical value of the maximum value that the scrollbar is set to, (see Java Applet above).
