This photo shows the returned neck washer and spring.

I have changed my mind on the value of the neck piece.  The neck washer and the neckspring will have to be removed to remove the broken or driled through post piece. When that is done, stretch out the spring to a 3/4" length and reinsert the spring and washer into the neck.  This will afford the neck/head a smoother movement.

This photo shows the hole drilled through the chest from the bottom view.

This view shows the top of the chest piece with drilled hole.

A Piece found that will work as a replacement for a damaged lower washer.

I have discovered an everyday household item that can be used to replace the abdomin washer.  It is a 35MM film container.  Cut off the bottom and drill a small hole in the center.  Then trim down the area around the hole to the width that will allow it to fit through the tabbed hole in the Abdomin piece.  It can actually be a bit oversized since this film cantister piece is flexible enough to bend slightly and go into the hole.  Once in the hole this plastic is also flexible enough, when pulled up fron the neckpiece to conform to the inside shape of the abdomin piece, which eliminates the need for a piece with a shaped dome top on it.  I also used the top of the film cannister as an additional washer piece to reinforce the bottom cannister piece.  It is drilled and sized in the same way as the bottom piece.
