screened lanai that overlooks the canal.

On the top floor of a
4 story building -- that means cathedral ceilings in the living area and master
bedroom.

Only 14 units in the
building -- that means not a lot of people to contend with and rental rules that prohibit
weekly renters.

Pool with tables and
chairs.

Covered parking
-- keeps the car cool on sunny days.

Entertainment center
with a television, DVD/CD player, VCR and stereo -- for when you need a break from the
sun.

A short walk (approximately 5-7 minutes) to the beach, including
