Reconnaissance trip
20 - 25 March 2002
1.
To conduct a preliminary survey of the place in order to assess the
feasibility of conducting the main mission trip in June.
2.
To acquire a better understanding of the environment and community so as
to draft up a tentative programme and action plan for the June trip.
3.
To establish contacts with our Burmese counterparts and the relevant NGOs
in Myanmar in order to facilitate our future operations there.
