So I have not updated as much as I should. Work at Allstate has been busy. We lost another employee. We should start asking "what's your problem" on the application. So I have been doing work. And I have been getting ready for my VACATION. Den and I will be in Playa del Carmen, Mexico next week. I need a vacation. It will be my first in...well ever. And after everything that has been going on lately, I deserve this.
I hope everyone else is well. Congrats to Jenny and her baby. And I saw a production of Edward Albees The Goat last night, thanks to Kristiene Doyle (Eckerman as some of you know). Very interesting, but good.

Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a good New Year. I was at a party and had a little fun. It was better than my Christmas. First of all NEVER i repeat NEVER use US Airways. Bascally I never made it home for Christmas. I got as far as Charlotte NC and eventually had to come back because every US Air flight was cancelled. Except for the one that had a flight crew...hummm. It also snowed in New Orleans and I missed it. By the time I flew back to DC I had not eaten in 14 hours, and I had been waiting in line for 4 hours. I didn't want to be one of those people who blows up at the ticket agent because it is not their fault, but if their other co workers had shown up to work, then they owuldn't have had those problems. I lost it with her though. I did get a full refun on my ticket, but they can never replace what I lost, which was the very last Christmas in my home after my Mom passed away. It was a special one. My Dad is selling the house this month, so thats it. Damn that US Air. Other then that my Christmas was rather calm. I have some pictures that I will post as well. Lets have a great 2005!
First I would like to say, customers are really dumb. And half the time you think you are getting away with something, the person on the other line knows you're lying. My god, the customers that call in sometimes are really annoying. And they think they can get away with anything. Or be rude. Anyway, thats my little rant. Rehersals for the show are going well. Should be a very fun show when it opens. I like the winter, but the wheather here in DC is usually grey. Not very good for raising the spirtis. I hope everyone has a Mery Christmas and A Happy New Year. I will be home for 4 days over Christmas.
Well I finally had my debut on a DC stage. Actually it was at the British Embassy, with the Embassy players, (So if you look at it technically it was actually on British soil, since the embassy is british territory, but I digress). I had to step in as the understudy. Oh lod my make up was a doozy, since they were trying to make me look 35, playing opposite of a 50 year old. You can see pictures at http://www.mrs-tech.net. I have posted some pictures from the Aids Walk. It was a fun day. Den had his godson for the day and even though he is a wonderful kid, he wore us out. He is the mellowest kid in the world, and cute too. So check those out.
I also have some Halloween pictures. I attepmted to make a pie, with the pulp. Not reralizing you are supposed to use the actual pumpkin. So you can see that fiasco there. The second one I made was delicious. Oh well trial and error.
Work in the insurance world is good, except I really dislike my co worker. He just doesnt seem to listen and he is constantly late. I mean late everyday. And he has no skills when talking to customers. Looks like he might get the boot! And I don't feel bad one bit.
