Marcella knew at this early age that she would be singing Southern Gospel for the long haul. She has spent nearly all of her life singing Southern Gospel she started performing with a family group named "Called Out" and then with The Harvey�s of Ohio to which released her first recording.
Marcella decided early in her career to go through every door God opened for her, no questions asked, this door opened a solo act. Marcella along with her Sound Engineer husband, Dave of 21 years and her two kids has traveled to Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia and all parts of Ohio performing her talent with music.
Two years ago her debut recording "God Says You Can" just started her on the road to many more recording experiences, since then she has recorded Simply Unexplainable and her third one will be released very soon.
Marcella was also selected the 2nd place winner out of 283 contestants for her performance in Renfro Valley, Kentucky.
She has recently added songs recorded by Faith Hill, Shania Twain and other country artistes to her stage that brings the teenagers to listen then she mixes in Gospel to get her message to them.
�God has given me a gift, and it is my responsibility, and great privilege, to give it back to Him,� says Marcella. �My heart's desire is for my music to allow people and especially the teenagers to see Jesus involved in every area of their lives. He has walked with me through joy and sorrow, on the mountains and through the valleys -- places I would have never chosen to travel on my own.�
Marcella has experienced tremendous growth and success, ministering in song at churches, auditoriums, stadiums, and fairs all across the country.
