The boys seemed restless and bored.
My friend from work, Jimbo, and his son were flying kites nearby and got to enjoy the show.
This was the third flight of the Heatseeker Missile. This is an impressive looking rocket that is bright red and white and has a full set of decals that give it a real military look. This was the second flight of the day.
Suzanne pressed the launch button after the all clear signal and countdown. The rocket took off and flew up and pointed slightly into the wind. The parachute deployed but not fully. Either it was not folded properly or it got tangled in the swivel that connects it to the nose cone. It still enjoyed a safe landing in soft grass.
Great flight.
