| Stuff will posted here newest to oldest..... January 2006, Long time since I have updated this site. Christmas and New Year's are all over now. They kids and Norma went back to school today for their first day. Chelsae is dancing two days a week and Cody has signed up for Basketball again this year. Much better this year they only have like 11-12 kids on a team instead of 20 or so like last year. Cody's birthday is coming up here in a few weeks and we still are not sure what he will be getting. July 2005. Just a quick note. Chelsae is off to camp this week. Cody goes next week along with Norma to her sisters for a week. Kids are already grumbling about going back to school next month. We have been pretty busy since school got out. We have had baseball, softball, Church softball, and VBS just finished up last week. Still would like to go camping and up to the island. I am going to a Nascar race next month with some friends of mine. Hopefully I will have some good pictures to post. February 2005 Been awhile since I have updated this site. Well all the holidays are over and most of the birthdays. Chelsae's birthday is coming up March 1st. Hard to believe that she is going to be 12. She wishes she was going on 21. Ah the wonderful teen years are upon us soon. I am still working the day shift Mon-Fri and loving that schedule. My status is up in air for the future in this company as they continually make changes. They have downsized our operations staff from 7 to 3. They are trying to go with a National Data Center within the next year, time will tell what happens with that. Norma is back working at the school again this year. Chelsae is in 6th grade and Cody is in 4th grade. We can't wait for winter to get over with as I think we are all going abit stir crazy staying in the house all the time. We recently put in wood floors and our dog Rosie that we got last fall is shedding leaving clumps of hair all over the place. We can hardly keep up with it. Well that's all I have for now. July 2004 Summer is in full swing now. Just recently have we been finally getting some heat. Last few days in the 80's but back into the 70's again for a couple of days now. Cody went to his summer camp and had a great time. Chelsae is due to go here soon to her summer camp. The kids and Norma are involved in Vacation Bible school this week. At the last minute we ended up going to the U.P. camping last weekend. We went to the Indian Lake State Park in Manistique. The kids got to enjoy going over the Mackinac Bridge for the first time (awake that is). I have some photos on this site of that weekend. We are planning a visit to Norma's sisters in Ohio soon. Hopefully the weather will stay warm. The pool is up and running in the backyard and the kids have just started going more often. Had only been a few days here and there that they could go. June 2004 Well our house finally has been completed with the Siding and windows. Now we can look forward to summer. The kids are just out of school and Chelsae's dance receital is coming up next weekend. I will have new photos posted soon of the house. April 28th, 2004 Well the work has started on the house. Got the new windows in and half the insulation board. We also have a new car. We opted for the early turn in of our other car. We now have a Malibu Max instead. Busy time of year now as Cody is in soccer and baseball. Chelsae has started softball this year. So far have only had one game. Last nights games were called due to the cold. Rainy out today not sure if they will have practice or not. Chelsae still dancing the week away as she goes to dance class 4 times a week. April 15th, 2004 Well I am back on Day shift. Still waiting on getting the house done. Should be any day now they start. We ended up having to have our electrial redone. That was finished last week except for Edison running a new line and meter to the house. Hopefully that is being done today. I will post photos when there is some work being done. This past Easter weekend we went to visit Norma's sisters family in Ohio. March 24th, 2004 Well my department has been brought down to 4 from 7. Luckily nobody had to be cut. Two people got other positions in a different department and 1 other got another job back in the hospital. That leaves us with just 3 regular operaters and the one lead operater. I am currently back on 3rd shift but that is suppose to change. I should be back on day shift April 5th, and even better is that I will be only working Monday-Through Friday unless someone from 3rd shift is on vacation. They have also elimated our 2nd shift so I will no longer have to work that. In other news we are finally going to get our house resided. Should be about the same time that I go back to day shift. |
