Pasta Sauce

This sauce is a good addition for any kind of pasta. I like to use it with elbows type and other small size type of pasta. However, spaghetti and languini is fine too. Please click on the image to see it bigger.

Ingredients:

5 medium cloves of garlic
1 medium size onion
Half a cup sliced mushrooms
9 tbsp of Tomato sauce or 4 tomatoes
1 tbsp of oil
2 tbsp of chopped dill
salt, pepper
4 servings

Chop the garlic by the small size.
Chop the onion the same size as a garlic. Dice mushrooms about a little bigger size.
Place the oil in a pan and brown the onion and garlic. Add mushrooms and tomato sauce. Add pepper and salt to taste and simmer for 10 minutes. At the end add dill.
