"Daily Balance"
Balance
is difficult for some people. Balance for circus entertainers is not.
Perhaps it is practice or inborn talent for them. Individually, balance
is not something that is normally thought of unless you are a daily practitioner
of yoga or some meditative process. We live each day and we deal with
the things that that day brings to us or we bring to it.
How do we keep balance on a daily basis?
Sometimes, it isn't possible. If there is an earthquake, tornado or some
other nature disruption, then our balance is immediately unsettled for
a time. In daily life, it can be many numerous things that can cause balance
to go awry. These may be negative or even positive happenings. How then
do we keep a sense of balance midst all the troubles of the time? First,
be aware. Check daily to see if you are in balance. Think of the steps
it will take to bring a sense of balance. Don't belittle the need for
taking some time for yourself, even minutes or moments will help. Steady
yourself as if you are doing a balancing act. Adjust and readjust as necessary.
Take care of yourself so that you can take care of others, even helping
by showing a calm balance toward your way of living.
