What We Believe

The Holy Spirit
We believe at the moment of salvation the Holy Spirit indwells all believers baptizing them into the Body of Christ. Believers are commanded to be filled continually with the Holy Spirit. He is our counselor. (Ephesians 1:13-14; Romans 8:9; John 14:16-17)

Sin
We believe sin is disobedience to the will of God and is anything that falls short of God’s glory. Man is born with a sinful nature and as a result, is then himself separated from God. (Romans 3:22-23; 5:19; 6:23)

Salvation
We believe that salvation is the free gift of God provided as a result of Christ’s death on the cross and His resurrection from the grave. It is eternal and forever. Those who are in Christ are safe and secure, and can experience daily peace and joy. (John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 10:10)
