Pulaski: The Last Minute Replacement

         September 8, 1986........... the fateful day of the premiere of STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION.

          We were introduced to the best characters ever! Captain Jean-Luc Picard, Commander William T. Riker, Lieutenant Commander Data, Lieutenant Natasha Yar, Lieutenant Worf, Lieutenant Geordi La Forge, Counselor Deanna Troi, Wesley Crusher, and our loveable redheaded doctor Beverly Crusher.

           I LOVE Beverly! She was cool! Wonderful bedside manners, and no irritating catch phrases like a certain other Enterprise doctor. Best of all, she was SCOTTISH!!!! One of my favorite episodes is "Sub Rosa." Everyone liked Beverly Crusher!

           Then the much anticipated second season began........... but with no Beverly! Instead of our favorite doctor, we had the bitchy Dr. Pulaski!! :(

            I'll be honest. I was a little biased. BUT I tried to like her! I really did! But she made one MAJOR mistake! She picked on Data!

            For those that do not know, Data was my first favorite character (he was later replaced by Q). Data could never do wrong in my eyes!

                           But Pulaki HAD TO PICK ON DATA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrr

            Pulaksi was just a bitch! If I were Data, I would have pushed her down a turbolift shaft when no one was looking, and pretend to have had a short circut in my positronic brain.
