We must have gone through 30 lipstick colors
In search of the one that wouldn't glow as hot pink

Sarah started to tell us
we were all going to go blind

because we were in a dark room
with just the black light

Maybe the light was starting to get to me...

After awhile, she was starting to resemble my mother

I think shooting in black light
strips us of the characteristics we are certain of.

Sarah said we didn't look the same.

I suppose that is true,
which is the most intriguing aspect of it all.

It brings out a hidden secret
we never knew we possessed.

Art is harmony.
Harmony is the analogy
of contrary and of similar
elements of tone,
of color
and of line,
conditioned by the dominate key,
and under the influence
of a particular light, in gay, calm,
or sad combinations.
