Whip
(A) till stiff |

(B), continue to whip till light. |

(C), mix till well blended. |

(D), mix till well combined. |

(E), mix till well incorporated. |

Pour
into 9" mould and smooth the surface. |

Bake
at 190°C for 30 minutes. |
| INGREDIENTS

Cook
the red beans in water till soft. |

Drain
off the water, add the sugar, continue cooking
for a while and let it cool. |

Slice
the cake into 3 horizontal layers. |

Spread
some whipped cream onto 1st layer, the place
some red bean filling over it. |

Top
with 2nd, layer of the cake and repeat step
(4). |

Top
with 3rd, layer of cake then cover the whole
cake with whipped cream and dust with green
tea powder. Serve. |
