W H A T   I S   A   F A N L I S T I N G ?

A fanlisting is a website where fans of a certain subject join in order to build a big list of the fans of that subject all over the world. Unlike cliques, anyone can join a fanlisting, regardless of whether they own a website or not. Fanlistings can be anything from a fun pastime to a way of tightening fanbases and finding people with the same interests as you! ^^

W H A T   I S   F U L L   M E T A L   P A N I C ?

Full Metal Panic! is an anime series that runs for 24 episodes and is full of action and humour. It begins with a high-school girl, Kaname Chidori, who is one of the Whispered, although she doesn't realise it. A military organisation called Mithril assigns three of their personnel, Sousuke, Melissa and Kurz to go to Japan and make sure she's not kidnapped by terrorists who want to use her knowledge. Sousuke is sent to Kaname's school to protect her (but she's not allowed to know) - the only problem is that Kaname thinks that Sousuke is a weirdo that's stalking her!

Melissa is the petty officer who recruited Sousuke and Kurz in the first place, even though she had crossed them straight off her list as soon as she talked to them (Kurz asked her if she had come to steal his underwear and Sousuke proceeded to advise Kurz not to flirt with the petty officer as he might "incite the others"). Apart from her responsibilities as sergeant major, she has the difficult job of trying to keep Sousuke and Kurz in line! xD
