These pictures were taken on September 9, 2005.

Scooby is now exactly 2 weeks old! He still remained to be the second heaviest of the four litters and he also turned out to be pretty healthy.

We gave Scooby milk replacement just like the other three. Amazingly, all these pups require a certain amount of milk required for their weight. I on the other hand, give them more than expected because I can't let them stop sucking the baby bottle's nipple! Their physical development were good... nothing to worry about. Scooby's ears and eyes were fully developed on schedule. After a week-old, I started weighing these pups. At a week-old, Scooby weighed 1.13 pounds or 512.56 grams now, he's 1.875 pounds or 30 ounces! Some may find it adorable to have pups these big... some people passing-by our house wanted us to sell our puppies because of how they look and they knew of course what we feed them and how they are very well taken care of. But we couldn't... we wouldn't sell them to anyone we were not sure of.

On this exact day of the picture, Scooby was the first one to take longer walks inside the room! We have a video of that first time... Before he went out of the litterbox, he opened his eyes half-way and initiated lapping. Then the rest just followed!
