Born in 1950, he studied under shifu Wei Xiao Tang.
Shifu Zuo Xian Fu is one of the few practitioners in Taiwan who has continued to pass on Wei Xiao Tang's philosophy and martial skill but he has incorporated more Tong Bei Ji Ben Gong in his school.
Shifu Zuo Xian Fu has a guan near Hsin Tien, Tapei (Taiwan).
