His name is also romanized as:
Wu Chang Ying.
Shifu Wu Chun Yin trained under shifu Shi Zheng Zhong in Taiwan.
In the early 1980's he moved to Philadelphia (USA) and he lived there and taught tang lang quan until he moved back to Taiwan (early 1990's).
Shifu Wu Chun Yin put out a video on Plum Blossom Hand form produced in Taiwan (but available in English).
Shifu Wu Chun Yin teaches praying mantis in Taiwan.
