Student of shifu Zhang Wan Fu.
Shifu Tim Otte started his gong-fu training around 1988 under shifu Heiko Klisch and he followed his master for many years. Later shifu Tim Otte started training Tai Ji Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan under shifu Zhang Wan Fu.
Shifu Tim Otte was one of the founders of the European Tang Lang Association but since December 2000 he cancelled his membership because he had some differences with the Association in Germany.
Shifu Tim Otte runs a school in Hamburg, Germany.
