Born in 1953 in Qindao. Maternal grandson of shifu Hao Heng Lu and younger brother of shifu Sun De Long. Shifu Sun De Yao studied under his uncle, shifu Hao Bin.
Shifu Sun De Yao was elected as a committe member of Shandong Wu Shu Society and his name has been compiled into Boxing Masters Dictionary.
Shifu Sun De Yao is the vice president of the "Hao Bin Mantis Boxing Martial Arts Center" in Qin Dao, Shandong Province, PRC, where he teaches Tai Ji Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan.
Shifu Sun De Yao has achieved many awards in various matches and has been invited to many foreign countries, for example in 2002 and 2003 he visited Ohio (USA) and Argentina. In October 2001 shifu Sun De Yao won a Masters Grand Champion competition in New York (USA).
Shifu Sun De Yao was voted as member of the Shandong Wu Shu Society Committee and his name has been compiled in a book of Shandong wu shu masters.
Shifu Sun De Yao moved to Cleveland, Ohio in 2004; then to Atlanta, Georgia in 2005 and later to Mississippi. In 2007 shifu Sun De Yao has moved to Little Rock, Arkansas where he teaches tang lang quan and he has set up his Head Quarters.
