Shifu Richard Feagin was a student of shifu Wallace Cupp and also trained under shifu Raymon Fogg.
He used to run three sucessful gong fu schools in Killeen, Texas (USA).
Shifu Richard Feagin passed away in a car accident on March 10th, 2004.
