Lin Chun Fu.
Born in May 23, 1927. Shifu Lin Chun Fu studied under several masters in Taiwan, including:
* Shifu Tsai Tien Tu (White Crane)
* Shifu Liu Pei Tzung (Kun Lun Meditation)
* Shifu Han Ching Tang (Shao Lin Chin Na)
* Shifu Wang Shu Ching (Ba Gua Zhang and Xing Yi Quan)
* Shifu Hsiong Yang He (Tai Ji Quan)
* Shifu Chou Chang Jou (Liu He Chuan)
* Shifu Chang Tung Shen (Shuai Jiao and Tai Ji Quan)
* Shifu Nan Huai Chin (Yang Tai Ji Quan), and
* Shifu Chi Ching Chih (Yang Tai Ji Quan with shifu T. T. Liang as partner)
However shifu Lin Chun Fu was only head disciple of shifu Chang Tung Shen (Shuai Jiao) and Wei Xiao Tang (Ba Bu Tang Lang Quan).
Shifu Lin Chun Fu used to eat at the resturant where shifu Wei Xiao Tang worked as a cook and they become friends. One day shifu Lin Chun Fu found shifu Wei Xiao Tang in the park excercising rather than working in the restaurant and he found out that shifu Wei was unemployed. At the same time, 2 army officers saw shifu Wei Xiao Tang practising Ba Bu Tang Lang Quan and they kneeled down. They said the would not stand up until shifu Wei Xiao Tang would teach them. The following day shifu Wei Xiao Tang was teaching his first students in Taiwan and shifu Lin Chun Fun joined the practice. Three month later the 2 army officers were moved by duties and only shifu Lin Chun Fun was left. Later, many students form the Jian Kou high school started training at the park invited by shifu Lin Chun Fu.
Shifu Lin Chun Fu trained under shifu Wei Xiao Tang for 33 years, seeing him on a daily basis. Shifu Lin Chun Fu was a physical education teacher in Taipei and used to see shifu Wei Xiao Tang every day during these years. In addition, shifu Wei Xiao Tang also briefly taught shifu Lin Chun Fu's two sons when they were very young. Shifu Lin Chun Fu toghether with shifu Wang Chiu Xiong were the demo guys on their master's (shifu Wei Xiao Tang) book.
Shifu Lin Chun Fu moved to the USA in 1983 and he teaches Ba Bu Tang Lang as originally taught to him but he adds variations of Xing Yi and Suai Jiao. His master, shifu Wei Xiao Tang said, "If one could learn Ba Bu Tang Lang and Suai Jiao, it would be like teaching a tiger to fly".
When moving to North America, shifu Lin Chun Fu brough with him a 8mm film of shifu Wei Xiao Tang at the age of 78, doing several of the moving steps and forms. Also included are a couple high school students doing the 2 man forms.
Shifu Lin Chun Fu currently lives in Orange County (California) and teaches at a park near Los Angeles (CA, USA).
Shifu Lin Chun Fu suffered a major stroke in 2005.
