Shifu Joel Sutton, was born in San Francisco.
Nicknamed "The Psycho".
Shifu Joel Sutton grew up in Buffalo, NY and started his training under shifu Dean Economos in Clarence, NY (USA) and then became shifu Xun Guang Long's direct student in San Francisco, California (USA).
He has competed in the UFC tournaments 6 and 7 and his record is 2 wins, no losses.
Also, after UFC 7, shifu Sutton lost his next three fights (at Pancrase - Alive 5, IFC 6 - Battle at Four Bears, and WVC 6 - World Vale Tudo Championship 6) and then apparently stopped fighting.
Shifu Sutton is no longer affiliated with shifu Xun Guang Long and he is currently training under shifu Chong Lee.
