Shifu Jiang Jian Ye was born in 1950 and has studied Wushu from the age of 5, learning from shifu Yu Zhen Hai and shifu Yu Tian Tang.
Shifu Jiang Jian Ye received BA and master degrees from Qufu University and Shanghai Physical Education Institute. He was national and international wushu judge in China and the USA, he is also a master calligrapher and winner of national and international awards.
Shifu Jiang Jian Ye has acted in movies produced in China, Australia and Japan, and he has produced a praying mantis video tape that shows the different tang lang quan fist and leg techniques. The tape also includes the modern wushu tang lang quan form created by shifu Yu Zhen Hai.
