FIELD OF EMERALDS
A distant sun now fades to cease, another day has passed
Beyond the tears of happiness, I never thought this smile would last
But now I grasp your love so tightly, as we come eye to eye
Forgetting past pains and aches, I know this love won't die
I still feel a touch of heaven as your breath crawls up my neck
A smile appears apon my face as your words take their effect

A field of emeralds lay sleepless, not a person even knows

Pretty flowers form a heart, which glows just like your smile
It shines so brightly over me, and makes it all worth while
I came so far across golden leaves and the rain of a winters night
My feet were burning embers but I kept following this light
It lead to a perfect blue ocean with grains of fairytale sand
I travelled so far through pain and hurt, just to hold your hand
Our hands came together in a way I'd only want with you
