We're located in the east end of Ottawa, Canada.

Speaking Skills: Gain confidence and develop presentation skills.
At Toastmasters we provide a supportive encouraging environment to help you overcome the common fear of speaking before an audience.
(It's the number 2 fear of us all. Number 1 ? ..Death.)
We provide you with an easy to follow program that encourages you to proceed at your pace and by your schedule.We also provide you with mentors to help you along the way.And we do it all in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
Listening Skills: Someone once said:"God gave us two ears and one mouth."
and at Toastmasters we'll show you how to develop effective listening skills critical not only to your career but also very important in your personal life.
Leadership Skills: Being able to communicate and listen effectively are cornerstones to being an effective leader, but there is more.
We'll show you how to develop these skills in a comfortable and positive atmosphere.
With Toastmasters you may join any time and follow the course outline at your own pace.
The program allows you to continually practice and improve skills and techniques you've learned over the timeframe you choose- weeks, months, or years, moving through beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
You choose your goals and time commitments.
