363 Manning BLVD HOUSE BERUIT RULES:

1.  Each team gets two shots; taken by either one person in a one on one match; or by both players in a doubles match.
    A.  If both shots are made by a player or team then the afformentioned team or player will recieve what is known as a double back.
   B.  A doubleback results in that team having the ability to make two more shots.  If these following shots are made then the process of doubleback continues.
2.  Carpet Rule must be called before the game is played:
    A.  Carpet Rule dictates that the lead foot may touch; but not cross the carpet edge.
    B.  Thrower's arm is allowed to cross the plane of the carpet.
3.  If a board game is called the thrower's arm may not cross the plane of the center of the table.
4.  In a new game a shoot for shot is the proper way to determine who receives first shot.
    A.  Each team takes two shots, the team which makes the most shots will receive first shot ability.
   B.  In the event of a tie both both teams will continue to shoot until one team makes more shots then the opposing team.
5.  Multiple racks are allowed:
   A.  After 2 shots are hit a diamond configuration may be formed.
   B.  After 3 shots are hit a smaller triangular configuration may be for formed.
   C.  After 4 shots are hit an I configuration may be formed.
        A1.  Racking results in the loss of all double back opportunities
6.  A rack challenge maybe called once during a match when a team wishes to contest a call of a rack by their opposing team.
   A.  If a rack challenge is called; the opposing team (the team which did not call for the challenge) must designate a cup on their side of the board which the other team must hit.
   B.  If this cup is hit the team who called the rack challenge may place their remaing cups anywhere on their respective side of the table that they choose.  After the opposing team takes their shots a doubleback can occur or at the start of the next round the cups will be replaced in the appropriate rack formation.
   C.  If the shot is missed then the cups are racked according to the appropriate rack configuration.
7.  A round is designated as when both team or players have taken their respective shots.
8.  Any arguments, questions, or uncertaintiy will be ruled over by one of the occupants of 363 manning blvd apt#2, including and limited to Dan 'Smokes' DiBartolomeo, Bily 'Lowrider' Mycek, Steve 'Disposal' Case, or Doug 'Stinky pinky' Teresco.
