Nancy Hutnik knows dogs! Between her years of experience working with different breeds and her proven skills in training them, she trains both dogs and owners to live in harmony. She has been working with dogs since the 1960s and has been showing her dogs since the 1970s. She has placed first in national contests with her Austrailian Shepherds. Currently, she is the proud owner of eight, yes eight, Mastiffs! Her program "Manners and More" is designed to adapt the dog to the owner's lifestyle in a very simple way. The dog learns by show and tell, praise and repetition of words and/or hand signals. She emphasizes the communication between owners and dogs and that the owner does have control. Nancy conducts three "obedience" sessions. $25 each for the first two and the third session is free as an insurance to owners to get what they want from their dog. Contact her via e-mail or by phone for more information!
In addition to Manners and More, Nancy visits the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Cole Camp with her Mastiffs to raise resident morale!
Also, Nancy occasionally writes articles for Courier and New Era entitled "Talking Dogs." Click on her articles below:
