The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen with den, and a large living room with a fireplace. Outside there are pine trees, olive trees, a patio with a big, built-in barbecue, and of course, the swimming pool.
The house is in a subdivision called Tres Cales (three coves), which is made up of all single-family villas. It is one of the few areas on the Spanish coast where there are no tall apartment buildings or hotels. Here you will find the sea lined with small coves -- some sandy and others rocky -- and pristine water. There is a hiking path that connects all the coves and leads into the nearby village of L'Ametlla de Mar, which is a true fishing village with small port, a wholesale fish market where you can watch the daily auctions. Outside, in the afternoons, the wives of the fishermen sell the small fish that didn't make it to the auction. Bus service connects Tres Cales and L'Ametlla de Mar.
