Appearance: Neko is tall, and she has short, layered purple hair that she holds back with an orange band. Her eyes are an emerald green type color and are always very sharp and taking in her surroundings. She has light, creamy skin, and has many scars on her hands and arms from working, and a huge scar on her palm and the back of her hand from the first day she realized her powers. She is very agile and fast, but doesn't look like a dancer, but more like an attacker, because of the way she was trained. Usually Neko wears lots of leather, like leather shorts, jacket, and boots. She is always wearing tank tops, and is partial to red spaghetti strap ones. There is always a gun-holder on her upper-right thigh, but she only wears a gun when she can cover it up or when she actually needs it.

Personnality: Neko is very cat-like, she is interested in everything that moves, and waits until her prey is in it's weakest state to strike. That goes for when she is in combat, or when she's flirting. She is a bit crazy and can't stand to sit still for more than a minute. Neko knows how to handle a gun, but prefers hand-to-hand combat. She is scared to death of the dark, and won't go out in it unless she's with someone. That is why you can find her at night in parties. When people first meet her, they see Neko as a bit of a slut, because of the way she acts and dresses. She just acts that way because she is Neko, she just can't help it. Neko absolutely loves the attention of guys, and has a tendency to show-off a bit if she is around someone she finds attractive. Despite her actions around men, Neko has only had one boyfriend in her life. Her standards are rather high, and she cherishes her feelings for other people.

History: Her father Mako was a military agent who lived in Japan. He was transferred to Paris, and he met Kari there, a sophisticated French woman with purple hair. They married, and had Neko while Mako was still in France. Neko grew up a military brat, and she was very interested in weapons and combat. Mako let her enrole in the army, and she absolutely loved it. She caught onto everything extrememly quickly, but she picked up and liked weapons training the best. Anything and everything concerning weapons she learned and knew, from modern-day guns to the Renaissance period swords.

One day while Neko was learning to make a sword, she couldn't seem to get it right, and her supervisor was really drilling her about it. Neko got extremely frustrated; she could picture the sword in her mind, but just couldn't get it right. She grasped she metal, and as she did, a blade formed from it, cutting straight through her hand. Her supervisor rushed her to the hospital, and told the Secret Service about the girl. One night, around midnight, while she was in the hospital, a team of special agents came and kidnapped Neko, and took her to a special base. She was used as a weapon because of her control over metal, and her ability to contort it into anything she wishes. Eventually they stopped using her and testing her. They promised her freedom after X amount of years working for them, and Neko agreed. She became an under-cover agent, stationed in Japan. Neko lost all contact with her family, and the government cut all communication off from her, except for central Tokyo.
